Se rechazó por improcedente la solicitud de aclaración de la Sentencia C-1316/00 formulada por el actor de la referencia, toda vez que la Corte Constitucional ha señalado, en múltiples ocasiones, que contra las sentencias por ella proferidas en ejercicio del control de constitucionalidad encomendado por la Carta Política, no procede ningún recurso, ni petición de aclaración o adición, pues este Tribunal "no puede, por fuera del proceso, cuando ya carece de competencia, añadir ni quitar nada a las providencias que ha proferido" .
